Introducing...The Scarlet Veil

It's a start.

Just a side note about the X thing being my only social media account listed here. I follow professional wrestling and some political accounts from there, but it's a bit more of my racier side (HA!) there. Wicked 24_7. Cause...you know. :)

What will my rants be about? Like most people behind a keyboard, I have a life away from a screen. I have a job and as stated in the previous blog post, I don't know how long I'll continue to have it. I got a new boss who has slowly been methodically plucking the very joy out of everything I do. So, yeah.

I used to have websites for my writing and graphics, etc, but I gave them up when I went full time into work about five years ago. Now, I'm going to try and return to that life in some way. As I said in the subtitle, it's a good start. There is more to talk about, especially caring for my mother, but that'll come over time. Until then, I will concentrate on writing and creating happy things. The rest will sort itself out.

And a side note: I didn't pick The Scarlet Veil for my site name because of a book or anything. It has a deeper meaning. I know it might be used in other places but this is just a personal blog by a virtual nobody who was lucky enough to snag the domain. Also, don't be offended that I've turned off commenting. I'm still working my way around and it may change in the future. Thx!
